A horse lover in Victoria, BC is rescuing a horse named Blossom and could use some help.

Shelly Taylor, who found the mare in a kill pen in Louisiana, describes Blossom as, “A kind, gentle soul whose body tells a story of neglect and unfortunate circumstance.”
