Manitoba Horse Council Thanks Flood Victim Supporters

The Manitoba Horse Council (MHC) values all of its members and would especially like to thank those who have offered their assistance in an equine-related emergency. The response to the recent flooding emergency has been outstanding. By simply indicating availability and resources such as land, stabling, or transportation on their MHC membership applications, many MHC members have offered to lend a hand. Many others have also offered assistance. All is appreciated.

With the need for flood evacuation, horses and horse owners in need now have access to MHC’s compiled list of refuge and transportation providers. Locations and help are available throughout Manitoba.

Thank you to all individuals, businesses, MHC members, and non-members for your generosity and willingness to help fellow horse people in need.
