The Horse facility has everything any Horse or Rider could want. Large and airy aisles, 24 stalls all with comfort floors and individual water supply, an 80 x 160 foot Indoor Riding arena and a 150 x 250 foot outdoor sand ring with its own irrigation system and custom drainage. 2 wash stalls, a laundry room, heated observation area with kitchenette, blacksmith stall, separate drive-in hay and shavings storage areas and 2 tack rooms are all part of this facility. An office and 2 piece washroom are also found in the main barn. There are 10 outdoor paddocks of various sizes as well as 2 round pens. All paddocks have their own Nelson automatic watering bowls. A smaller isolation barn with 3 broodmare stalls and 1 standing pony stall is located a short distance from the sand ring. The very attractive carriage shed is heated and used as a workshop and storage area for the larger farm equipment.
