• All prepaid subscriptions to Pacific & Prairie Horse Journal received in the 30 days prior to the Entry Deadline will be automatically entered.
  
  
• Gift Subscriptions are eligible (the gift giver’s name will be entered).
  
  
• Prizes are not redeemable for cash and must be accepted as awarded.
  
  
• No purchase necessary to enter.
  
  
• In accepting prizes, winners consent to the use, without compensation, of his or her name and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium which Horse Community Journals Inc. (HCJI) or the sponsor, Horse Manuwear, may deem appropriate.
  
  
• In accepting prizes, winners acknowledge that HCJI and the sponsor will not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using the prize.
  
  
• Employees of HCJI, its contest sponsor, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.
